Enrolment procedure
Applications must be submitted to the University of Cagliari (UniCA) for EU students and to George Mason University (GMU) for US students [Admission is currently OPEN at GMU].

 

The call for applications to the First Edition of the Program closed on July 15th, 2011. The Second Edition has now been launched. Please check the University of Cagliari’s website to download all relevant documentation and find details on deadlines and the selection procedure

 

All international students must meet the GMU language proficiency standard. Students whose mother tongue is not English must provide the TOEFL (or, alternatively, IELTS or Pearson Academic Test of English) and the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). Students are advised to see the details on these test at International Graduate Admission Requirements page
Registration
You will register to UniCA to download your application form. After acceptance, students will be required to enroll at the University of Cagliari (UniCA) and at George Mason University (GMU). Please also look carefully at the guidelines to the admission procedure at George Mason University.
Tuition fees
The Consortium has an agreement on a mutual weiver of the tuition fees. Eu students and US students are required to pay tuition fees only at the host institution (UniCA and GMU). Thus, for the Academic Year 2011-2012, tuition fees amount to Euros 5000,00 plus 4000,00 GBP.
Scholarships
Twenty-four full time EU students will be funded by the Atlantis program. The scholarship is intended to support student transatlantic mobility, comprehends a stipend of 1,000.00 euro per month and 1,000.00 euro for travel cost, and amounts maximum to 12,000.00 euro for a full academic year.
