Abstracts should consist of max 2 pages edited according to the template available online, Please send abstracts by e-mail to devilla@unica.it.

In order to participate to Halchem V you should download and fill the registration form and the hotel reservation form.

Please note that registration to HALCHEM V and Hotel Reservation require being guaranteed by credit card. Otherwise, both the registration and the Hotel fees must be paid in advance by bank transfer. Please note that no costs will be charged on the credit card until check-out, unless cancellation policy applies.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date – no individual fee will be charged

• Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date – the participant will be charged for 1 night

• Cancellation between 29 and 7 days before the arrival date – the participant will be charged for 2 nights
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date – the participant will be charged for all period reserved

Registration Fee Return

• Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date – no registration fee will be charged
• Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date – half registration fee will be charged
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date – the entire registration fee will be charged

Registration to the congress and hotel reservation is valid and will be confirmed only upon reception of your credit card details or after deposit receiving.
