Bus tickets are sold at newsagents’, bus stations, self-service machines, and CTM Points such as bars that display the CTM Point logo. You can buy single or one-day tickets, or you can choose 1 – month, 6 – month or 12 – month cards.

CTM has recently inaugurated University Express, a new bus connection from Cagliari to Cittadella Universitaria  and Policlinico (University Hospital) in Monserrato.

Sardinia is renowned for its warm climate. Summer is dry and very warm and temperatures can range between 30-40°C. Autumn and spring can be subject to heavy rainstorms.

The coldest months are January and February, but snow falls only in the central areas. It is a really windy island: northwest wind (maestrale) and the southwest one (scirocco) are very frequent.
