Research Experience

Masters Research BUCT, Beijing, China, 09/2011 – 07/2014.

   (1) To intercalate the Low-Molecular-Weight phenolic antioxidant into layered double hydroxides (AO-LDH) to produce novel hybrid antioxidants with high thermal stability and low migration.

   (2) To develop efficient ways to produce AO-LDH/PP composites with high dispersion of AO-LDH in PP.

   (3) To investigate the thermal stability and thermo-oxidative degradation performance of the AO-LDH/PP composites using various techniques such as XRD, FT-IR, TG-DTA and SEM.
