Curriculum Vitae

I have always been fascinated towards the world of Biochemical Science and its related Drug Discovery and Research. This drove me into the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences where I opted for Masters in Pharmacoinformatics at NIPER (S.A.S. Nagar, INDIA). This instilled in me an interest in the areas of proteins and bio-molecular simulations. My Doctoral research at the Department of Physics, Università degli Studi di Cagliari is on understanding the bacterial antibiotic resistance mechanisms using bio-molecular simulations (ITN Project “Translocation”). I also enjoy scientific programming and have developed a few cheminformatics software tools.
