If you have a valid permit of stay for more than one year, your family members (spouse, children, parents) should be allowed to join you in Cagliari. You can apply through the Ministry of Interior website for family reunion.
We will help you with the administrative procedure at Prefettura-Immigration Office where you will be summoned for an interview.

When Prefettura – Immigration Office issues the Entry Clearance (Nulla Osta) for family reunion, your spouse, children or parents should apply for VISA FOR FAMILY REUNION to the Italian Embassy or Consulate in their home country within 6 months.
The application must include the translated and legalized marriage certificate or certificate of kinship.
When your family members arrive in Italy, they must apply for the PERMIT OF STAY FOR FAMILY REUNION at Prefettura-Immigration Office within eight days.
