Experience & Research summary:

Responsible for demonstrating technical practical work to new lab comers

Summary of my postgraduate thesis project (2012-continued):

Thesis subject:

Evaluation of  genetic   polymorphism    CCNE 1 (rs 3218073)  ,   hTERT  (rs 2736098)  ,   RYR3 (rs 1044129) ,    mir- 367 (rs 150161032)  in patients with BREAST CANCER in comparison  with  healthy  women in zahedan, southeast Iran

We use the ARMS-PCR and TETRA-ARMS-PCR and RFLP method for propagation  of these genes and we used electrophoresis with agarose gel for detection of the bands caused by specific primers .We applied salting out method for DNA extraction and we did the extraction manually without commercial kits. All blood samples were summed up in Zahedan, south east of Iran.
