Application
The INFOPLAN participation is free of charge and open to up to 30 students from HCU, UCD and UniCA, 10 from each of the partner institutions, and to a limited number of selected students form other academic institutions (non-partner universities, NPU). Students from HCU and UCD who will successfully complete the workshop program will be supported by a grant partially covering travel and subsistence costs.
Student selection will be based on the following criteria: personal curriculum (bachelor, master, and PhD level; previous experience in fields related to the summer school theme), motivation and gender balance. First come, first served criterion will apply in case of equal score on the other criteria. NPU students will be also selected to ensure geographic origin balance.
The selection procedures will be carried on by the Organizing Committee of the partner institutions. The decision of the Organizing Committee will be final.
The results of the selection process will be notified to the applicants by the end of April 2011. All successful applicants will be also notified detailed instructions on how to complete their application and grant acceptance procedures.
