Getting inspired by: the living and working on Sheppey project

 

The  idea of collecting essays of  young people imagining their future comes from  a research carried out by a team of researchers within the Living and Working on Sheppey  project in 2009-10.  The  project is a based on a previous study carried out by Ray Pahl  and colleagues at the University of Kent on the Isle of Sheppey in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Dawn Lyon (member of the team) acted as a consultant in the iFuture research.
