Generally speaking, enrolment at UNICA varies depending on the type of degree you chose:<\/strong>
\u00a0<\/strong>
For a Bachelor\u2019s Degree Programme:<\/u><\/strong>
To apply, you must:
Complete your enrolment by August 31st<\/sup> , 2025<\/strong>, on Universitaly<\/strong>
Register on the Unica website<\/strong> by logging in from the public Homepage<\/strong> of University of UNICA (cineca.it)<\/strong>.
Sign up and take the admission or selection test<\/strong> (more details will be available in July 2025 at the following webpage: https:\/\/people.unica.it\/segreteriastudentiscienzemmffnn\/bandi-e-avvisi\/<\/a>)
Take the Italian language test<\/strong>.
If you pass the test, you must complete the online enrolment process via Homepage area pubblica, Universit\u00e0 di UNICA (cineca.it) > Login > Segreteria > Immatricolazioni<\/strong>.
After online enrolment, upload the following documents in your reserved area on Esse3<\/strong> (Career > Attachments<\/strong>):
Declaration of Value<\/strong> for your upper secondary school diploma and degree qualification
Entry visa<\/strong> and residence permit<\/strong>

Please note:<\/strong>
Upon arrival in Italy, students must produce the original documents to the student\u2019s administration office at CITTADELLA DI MONSERRATO.

For a Master\u2019s Degree Programme:<\/u><\/strong>

Mandatory Pre-Assessment<\/strong>
To enroll in a Master\u2019s degree programme, you must complete a compulsory pre-assessment<\/strong> by sending an email to foreignstudents@unica.it<\/strong> with the subject line:

Access Pre-Assessment LM [Name of the Course] A.A. 2025\/26 \u2013 [Your Name & Surname]<\/strong>
Attach the following documents to your email:
Higher education diploma, translated into Italian or English<\/strong>
Degree certificate with exam transcripts, translated into Italian or English<\/strong>
English language certification with the corresponding proficiency level

Pre-Assessment Deadlines:<\/strong>
Submit your pre-assessment request<\/strong> within the following timeframes:
March 4th<\/sup> \u00a0\u2013 May 4th<\/sup> , 2025<\/strong>
May 19th<\/sup> \u00a0\u2013 July 11th<\/sup> , 2025<\/strong>
Applications sent outside these periods will not be considered<\/strong>.\u00a0

Pre-Enrolment on Universitaly & Registration on Unica<\/strong>

If you receive a positive evaluation<\/strong>, you must:

1.<\/strong> Pre-enrol by August 31st<\/sup> , 2025, on Universitaly<\/strong>, uploading:
Higher education diploma & degree certificate (translated into Italian or English<\/strong>)
English language certification with the corresponding proficiency level
Important:<\/strong> Name each document correctly (e.g., TOR for transcripts<\/strong>, English Certificate B2<\/strong>).
Applications on Universitaly will not be accepted if<\/strong>:
Submitted for the wrong academic year<\/strong>
Not preceded by a positive pre-assessment<\/strong>
Submitted after August 31st , 2025<\/strong>

2.<\/strong> If your Master\u2019s degree program includes exams in Italian<\/strong>, you must take the Italian language test.<\/strong>

3. Register on the Unica website<\/strong> by logging in from the public homepage of University of UNICA (cineca.it).

4.<\/strong> After registration, enrol on the Unica Website<\/strong> to the course of study.
\u00a0

After enrolling online, upload the following in your Esse3 reserved area (Career > Attachments):
