Professor Roberto Puxeddu<\/strong><\/span><\/a>,<\/span> Director<\/span><\/span> of the Division of Otorhinolaryngology, Department of Surgical Sciences, University of Cagliari, will visit the Falck Medical in Vladivostok<\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0from\u00a018 to 20 September 2014<\/strong>. Professor Puxeddu\u00a0will give a number of lectures on \u2018Laser lithotripsy of salivary stones\u2019, \u2018Conservative approach to laryngotracheal stenosis\u2019, and \u2018Transoral approach to precancerous and cancerous lesions of the glottis\u2019. He will be available to discuss difficult medical cases.<\/p>\n

In this occasion a bilateral agreement\u00a0of cooperation<\/strong> has been signed between the Department of Surgical Sciences and the Falck Medical\u00a0Vladivostok, LLC.<\/p>\n

The Department and Falck Medical\u00a0will carry out jointly or alternatively programs of study, research and exchanges on matters of common interest.<\/p>\n

His main area of interest is head and neck cancer surgery<\/span><\/strong>, Professor Puxeddu<\/span> has an international reputation and works between the United Kingdom and Italy. He has lectured in Moscow previously and hosts Russian surgeons at his surgical clinic in Italy as well as \u2018streaming\u2019 surgery live to educational meetings.<\/p>\n
