150161032) \u00a0in patients with BREAST CANCER in comparison\u00a0 with\u00a0 healthy\u00a0 women in zahedan, southeast Iran<\/p>\n<p>We use the ARMS-PCR and TETRA-ARMS-PCR and RFLP method for propagation \u00a0of these genes and we used electrophoresis with agarose gel for detection of the bands caused by specific primers .We applied salting out method for DNA extraction and we did the extraction manually without commercial kits.
