In October 2013 Rita Wong got a research grant and joined PRA Lab to work on\u00a0“Automatic\u00a0recognition algorithms\u00a0applied to\u00a0Biometric applications”\u00a0funded by\u00a0Ras<\/a>\u00a0(the regional government of Sardinia) “Security of pattern recognition systems in the future Internet<\/a>“.<\/p>\n

Before joining PRA Lab, she was a PhD research student at University of Surrey contributing towards an EU funded project: MOBIO. She had also worked in Universite Louis Pasteur, France and IDIAP, Switzerland before. She has been a committee member of\u00a0BiometricSchool (WInter Edition), \u00a0Malaysia\u00a0since 2012.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
