Rubina Calella, Associate Director – Executive Search International, Italia

Rubina Calella, born in Italy, joined Executive Search International Rome in 2002. A graduate of the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, she completed her apprenticeship at the Montreux Palace.Hotel. After attending Cornell University, Rubina started her professional career at the Cavalieri Hilton in Rome. She then took up residence in Portugal as a Consultant for the then upcoming Golf Resort Quinta Dona Helena in Evora. Returning to Italy, Rubina joined ADVISOR in Milan as Account Manager, where she concentrated on the Selection, Training, and Placement of future Hotel Managers. Subsequently, she established Hospitality Executive Search and Training, “HEST“, a division of Adecco in Rome.

Rubina speaks Italian, French and English, practices strong interpersonal skills and brings with her an understanding of different cultures and of the needs and requirements of ESI’s global clients and candidates.
