Lisa Marshall, Assistant Director of Sales, Mason Rose

 

Lisa has been with Mason Rose since September 2009 starting as Sales Manager specifically for the conference & incentive market
and now as Assistant Director of Sales. Main responsibilities include yo assist the Managing Director as much as possible in the day to day management, running of the sales team and Mason Rose hotel relationships including account management of specific hotels; specifically responsible for driving the conference and incentive
segment, proactively selling to the UK market, as well as assisting Mason Rose hotels on a consultative basis for groups business and keeping up to date with market trends and feedback.
Before joining Mason Rose, Lisa was Sales Manager at Baglioni Hotels based in London from 2007-2009. Key aspects of the role focused on the conference and incentive market, along with some corporate and leisure accounts. Lisa also oversaw some marketing campaigns whilst at Baglioni focusing on the Wedding market.
o From 2004-2007 Lisa was Duty Manager, then promoted to Events Manager at Hotel du Vin and One Devonshire Gardens (acquired by Hotel Du Vin in 2006)

From 2002 – 2004 Lisa worked in a multitude of roles for Gordon Ramsay including Private Dining Manager, Head Waitress – Head Receptionist
From 2001 – 2002 Lisa worked as Bar Staff and Duty Manager at Highgrove House Hotel
