|Titolo:||Intracranial haemorrhage during exercise testing|
|Data di pubblicazione:||1995|
|Abstract:||We describe the occurrence of an intraparenchymal (thalamic) haemorrhage during a stress test in a hypertensive 52-year-old man who had suffered from myocardial infarction 3 months earlier. Common causes of spontaneous haemorrhage, such as arteriovenous malformation, aneurysms, neoplasm, bleeding disorders or vasculitis were excluded. This single neurological complication was observed from among 8000 exercise tests performed in our Institute from 1987 to 1993.|
