Noemi Muntoni
She was born in Cagliari on March 16th, 1987.
She graduated in Law summa cum laude from University of Cagliari (School of Law), Italy, in October 2011, with a thesis in Constitutional Law about the illegal immigration as a criminal offence, with particular reference to EU and Italian Constitutional Law profiles.
After graduating she has worked as a teaching assistant in the area of Constitutional Law, supporting Prof. Gianmario Demuro (Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Cagliari School of Law) and as a tutor during the 2012 Summer School “Europe, Regions and Human Rights”.
Since October 2011 she is registered in the trainee attorney BAR Association of Cagliari and she works for a Law Firm
that deals with Criminal Law.
In 2010 she attended the second higher education class: “International Security and Human Rights – ISHR – War and conflicts”, offered by the Faculty of Political Sciences of Cagliari.
She has been recently admitted in the LLM (Master of Laws) Programme from the University College London (UCL) for the academic year 2013/2014.
