Michela Casula
Michela Casula graduated in Law, Summa cum laude, from the University of Cagliari, in October 2012. Her thesis was in Constitutional Law. It concerned relations between the EU and Member States’ constitutional orders, with particular reference to the duty of the EU to respect the national identities of the Member States under Article 4(2) TEU. As part of her studies, she spent 9 months at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, within the Erasmus Socrates Programme.
After graduating, Michela has worked as a teaching assistant with Professor Demuro (Professor of Constitutional law at the University of Cagliari) in Constitutional Law and European Governance and Multi-Level Protection of Human Rights.
Since November 2012 she has been registered in the Special register of practising lawyers of the Bar Association in Cagliari, Italy.
