Esther González Hernández

Esther González Hernández (Ph.D. in Constitutional Law, Universidad Complutense de Madrid,Spain), is professor of law at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid, Spain, where she teaches in several Masters and PhD programs about regionalism and territorial decentralization such us the Master in Public Law of the Autonomic State. She also teaches at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (Master in Political Action, capacity building and citizen participation), and Universitá di Cagliari (Master directed by Prof. Demuro about Multilevel Governance). She is a member of different Spanish and internacional research groups, and has published many papers in national and internacional law journals about Regionalism, Terrorism and Judiciary. She is also Vicepresident of the Comité of Research Ethics at Univesidad Rey Juan Carlos.
