She is Ph.D. Candidate in Public Comparative Law at the Universities of Siena (Italy) and Aix-Marseille (France), where she is preparing a thesis on the amicus curiae and groups’ interventions in the constitutional judicial review in Italy and France (“I soggetti portatori di interessi collettivi nel giudizio costituzionale incidentale. Una comparazione tra Italia e Francia”).

She graduated in Law summa cum laude from the University of Cagliari (Italy) on March 26, 2010 with a thesis on the formation of a Global Constitutional Law through the judicial activity and the judicial conversation (“Il diritto costituzionale globale”). In 2009, she was awarded a scholarship by the University of Cagliari to spend a research period of three months at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where she did research for her thesis.

In 2005/06, during her bachelor degree (Laurea Triennale), she spent seven months as visiting student at the University of Paris XII Val-de-Marne within the Socrates-Erasmus exchanging program, with a scholarship awarded by the European Union and the University of Cagliari.

She earned her bachelor degree in Law summa cum laude on October 25, 2007 with a thesis on the primary elections in France and Italy (“Elezioni primarie: le recenti esperienze in Francia e in Italia”).

She has worked as teaching assistant with Prof. Demuro (Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Cagliari-Faculty of Law) and Prof. Groppi (Professor of Public Law at the University of Siena).

Since October 2010 she is registered in the Special Register of practicing lawyers of Cagliari (Italy).

She was a tutor in the first edition of the Erasmus Summer School “Europe, Regions and Human Rights”, where she presented a lecture on ‘‘Universalism, Regionalism and National Identity: the ECtHR margin of appreciation doctrine’’.
